I dreamed I was reviewing a triumph spitfire and my alfa spider for you guys.
But I’ve never driven a spitfire or seen one in real life. Yet apparently I knew enough about them that the verdict was the spitty was better for long distance cruising while the alfa was great with short distance back road bombing.
Still doesn’t beat the dream where I had a 80's turbo 911, I’m pretty sure I was a coke dealer in that dream but eh.

You really have to stop smoking a bowl of Lucas Electrics before going to bed.

Well, naturally.

I had a weird one as well. I don't know where I was because the city was all futuristic and I was ripping an Alfa around Google cars.

The answer to where you were was “somewhere in Canada”.
STOP LISTENING TO RUSH BEFORE BED

Spitfire better for long-distance cruising?! Still on the white stuff from the previous dream?
Actually, the Spider should be better for both really. It was a significantly more expensive car than a Spitfire back in the day. Sort of like comparing an MX-5 with a mid-to-high spec Boxster nowadays. The Boxster’s going to wipe the floor with the MX-5, but some people might praise the MX-5 for being more ‘back to basics’.

Hot Canada? Florida?

I thought better of making a remark about that. The Spit is an excellent long distance cruiser in many of the same ways a Herald is a luxuriant, capacious, and safe family car.

Man, your dreams are much better than mine. I had a dream that I stabbed someone with a mechanical pencil. #workstress. The weird thing? We don’t use mechanical pencils and it was Danny Divito.
